Return and Refund Policy

Shipping & Delivery

We dispatch our orders within 5 working days ( Mon - Fri ) from the next date of placing the order and will be delivered within 7 - 15 working days , depending upon the distance from West Bengal to your place. We are not responsible for any delays that is caused by natural calamities or festivities. We request you for your patience during these times.

Return Policy

Return and refund policy is not available for the products that you do not like/ suit you after you have received them. However you can claim return and refund for the products that has been damaged or wrong items sent. In order to claim that, we need a video of unboxing the package right from the beginning. In case of no video, there is no return or refund as we will not be able to verify your claim. And return / refund will be initiated in 7 working days.
